Types of Nestable Corrugated Steel Pipes

Flange-Type Nestable Corrugated Pipe: This design features protruding flange plates with pre-drilled holes, allowing two semi-circular sections to be securely bolted together using galvanized 10mm bolts and nuts. The flange-type is ideal for installations where easy assembly and secure connections are required.

Riveting-Type Nestable Corrugated Pipe: In this design, the semi-circular sections do not have flanges. Instead, they have pre-drilled holes at both ends for simple and quick assembly using rivets. This option is more cost-effective, especially in terms of labor savings during installation.

Both types are made of galvanized steel, ensuring long-lasting durability and resistance to corrosion under normal environmental conditions. Their nestable design makes them an ideal choice for large-scale projects, including those in remote locations or areas with difficult access, as they offer significant savings in transportation and handling costs.

Anti-Corrosion Treatment: Hot-dipped galvanized (600g/m²). Optional asphalt or polymer coating available on request for enhanced corrosion resistance.

Back-Fill Cover Height: Can accommodate back-fill heights from 0.5 meters to 37 meters.
